Returns & Exchanges
You may return your Whit ‘N’ Whimsy purchase in exchange for a credit note for online purchases or exchange in store if it meets the following criteria.
- Item must be returned within 7 days
- If you are returning clothing items, the product must be unworn, unwashed, no stains, all tags attached.
- Homewares / gifting must be in original conditions with packaging and tags attached.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on floral designs, furniture, sale items, earrings, bedding, towels or personal care products.
Refunds will be accepted if your items are faulty. Please return your product to our store in person or send us images via email so we can deem it faulty and offer you a refund.

Please note we do not cover shipping costs for you to return your items to us.
